About My coaching
What I do
I help Executives and Entrepreneurs be their best personally and professionally. I do that through TRUST, RAPPORT, and INSIGHT. Clients tell me they feel comfortable sharing anything with me. I work hard to build that trust by creating an atmosphere of openness, respect, and non-judgment. As both a senior executive and entrepreneur (and having been married for 40 years with 6 grandchildren), I have been in the shoes of many of my clients. My deep study of leadership and decades of experience also gives me insights into what my clients may be going through and how to help them. More importantly, though, is that I help them have their own insights.
My Approach
My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, organizational development, integrated training, and cognitive-behavioral practices. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a trusting, supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and better navigate their professional environments.
My Services
I offer a range of coaching services, including one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, workshops, and retreats. My areas of expertise include creating a powerful mindset, stress management, work-life balance, career transitions, the path to the C-suite, and personal growth. Typical coaching engagements focus on:
