Got Your 6 Teams

 The phrase "Got your 6" started with WWI pilots. It means "I've got your back".  We believe that learning, training, and growing together in an environment where team members truly have each others' backs brings out the absolute best in all of us.  

Our Mission

 When you are part of a Got Your 6 Team, you are living our mission to help each other grow and develop in an environment that is encouraging and supportive, where you truly have each others' backs.

  • You can’t see your own blind spots, but your team can – this is priceless to success in every area of your life.
  • All of us are hard-wired to avoid letting our team down – this will give you a level of energy and drive far beyond your past limitations.

  • You will feel the most fulfilled when you commit to something bigger than yourself - when you feel part of a MISSION. 

Our Approach

 

When you join a Got Your 6 Team, you commit to having your teammates' backs. You must show up, do the work, ask for help, and offer help. 

This is a year long commitment. In the year you will have:

  • Three 10 week sprints where you meet weekly with your coach and teammates
  • Each sprint is designed to focus on different aspects:
  • Phase 1: Physical Vibrancy and Values Based Actions
  • Phase 2: Mental Toughness and Perspective Taking
  • Phase 3: Emotional Resilience and Relationships
  • 6 days a week you can join your teammates in mindset and functional fitness training 
  • You get immediate access to over 140 Mind Gym training sessions to help you harness the power of your mind
  • Each month you will have a deep dive into a topic designed to help you grow personally and professionally
  • Quarterly you will have a front row seat to talk with a thought leader in the areas of performance, health, resiliency, and emotional adaptability
